With your donation, HRS will automatically enter you into our sweepstakes in the following increments: (1) $25 for each entry; (2) $50 for 2 entries; (4) $100 for 4 entries; (5) $200 for 8 entries etc.  There is no limit to donations or number of entries.

Please include your authorized HRS dealer's name in the memo section at the time of entry.

Entries will be collected through 12/30/24, when one recipient will be selected.

100% of donated proceeds will go to the Jody V. Latvis Endowed Fund for Ovarian Cancer Research, managed by the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation. Your participation helps fund critical research to advance cancer detection, treatment, and, ultimately, a cure. This sweepstakes is open to all, regardless of whether you donate. To enter without donating, email your name, phone number, mailing address, and the name of your HRS Dealer to sales@avisolation.com with the subject line "HRS Sweepstakes: Support Cancer Research." You consent to be added to the HRS mailing list by submitting your entry via email.   All information is required to participate in the sweepstakes.
