I'm doing this again for the 2nd time in my life! Last time was back in 2016 and ever since, I've been wanting to do it every year, but something always got in the way.

The Empire State Ride is more than a bike ride to me, as you know, I lost my parents to this horrible disease and it’s my way to give back to the community and help those that can’t help themselves. In July, I am cycling over 500 miles across New York State to end cancer.
