So often someone we know is being diagnosed with cancer.  My brother is once again going through treatments after being cancer free for 10 years.  Everyday praying that his body will stay strong and heal as the treatments kill the cancer.  My uncle was just diagnosed with kidney cancer and will be having surgery in July.

Unfortunately in 2020 I had to say goodbye to my husband Jim, and before that in 2006 to my very dear friend Lisa.  The list goes on and that is why we need to find cures and better treatments.

We need to put a stop to cancer and The Ride for Roswell is where we can help.  This year I am trying a new route, 34 miles through the countryside with my teammates. I pray that we will be blessed with sunshine and no wind for our ride this year!

I am riding in memory of Jim and Lisa and in honor of my brother Mike and Uncle Chuck and praying that with the help of God and research we can end cancer!
