Thank you for visitng my personal page. This is our 15th anniversary of our Mike's Rough Riders' team and the sixth year that we will be a part of the Kids Just Want to Have Fun team. I will be riding in honor of my mother, Rita, who is breast cancer survivor of over 55 years and my nephew Jonathan, who is a brain cancer survivor. I will also ride in memory of my friend, Mary Burgio, who died of Multiple Myeloma and my Aunt Elizabeth who died from breast cancer. I will also be riding in memory of Kathy Curalto, wife of Joe Curalto who has been our overall team captain of the Kids Want To Have Fun Group.
Cancer doesn’t care. It doesn’t care about age. It doesn’t care about your family or friends. It doesn’t care about what it takes from us — or who it leaves behind.
But I care. I care about making a difference in the future of cancer research and bringing an end to this devastating disease. That’s why I am participating in The Ride For Roswell on Saturday, August 7th!
Please help me raise critically needed funds to support the more than 50,000 patients who turn to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center for hope each year. Your donation provides funding that researchers need in order to investigate new treatment options that could save lives in our community and around the world. For every dollar donated, Roswell Park can leverage an additional $13 in new grant funding!
Please consider making a donation today to help find cures. Together, we can make a difference.
