Cancer doesn’t care. It doesn’t care about age. It doesn’t care about your family or friends. It doesn’t care about what it takes from us — or who it leaves behind.
Leslie Shuman Kramer, a dear friend of so many throughout WNY and my Ride for Roswell mate, died a year ago from cancer, and for the second year, I'm riding to honor her extraordinary life.
Leslie was vibrant, vivacious, passionate, determined - she fought cancer with vigor and received extraordinary care at Roswell Park, and countless blood and platelet transfusions from Roswell's Donor Center, a place especially important to me, and on the Riding Team of which I'm a part.
Please help me honor Leslie's memory as I raise critically needed funds to support the thousands of patients like her who turn to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center for hope. Your donation provides funding that researchers need in order to investigate new treatment options that could save lives in our community and around the world.
Please consider making a donation today to help find cures. Together, we can make a difference.
