I have worked at Roswell since 2012 in the Department of Anesthesia. My first ride for Roswell was in 2022 and am happy to be participating in this event again.
The statement “cancer doesn’t care about age, your family or friends or what it takes from us – or who it leaves behind” resonates with me. Over the years, I have seen the effect cancer has on my friends and family members. I’m thankful they were all able to receive their cancer care locally. I strive to make a difference in the work I do at Roswell but want to make a difference in another way. That’s why I am participating for the Ride for Roswell on June 24th. My daughter enjoyed the ride and experience in 2022 and eagerly asked to participate again. Ellia will be riding in honor of our dear friend Dan Lichtenberger. I will be riding in memory of my friend, Joe Tripi. Your generous donations make a difference for anyone you know that has been affected by cancer and personally means a lot to me.
