Last year, I participated in my first IceCycle event in memory of my grandfather! This year, on March 10th I’m back riding with Revolution Buffalo!

My ride will be in memory of Carol Pietrzyk Faccini. I can’t say enough good things about her. Many people looked up to her, including myself. Every time I was around her she would be a bright light with a smile on her face. She always welcomed my family to her home with open arms and truly was one of the sweetest the universe had. A great wife, grandmother and friend to everyone she knew. I am so lucky I got to spend the time I did with her and the Faccini family ❤

I love this community and I will continue to make a difference for cancer research; for Carol Faccini, anyone who is battling or affected by cancer. The funds raised through this event support the expansion of cancer genetic services and research at Roswell Park.
