One out of three Americans will develop cancer sometime in their lifetime.
That’s why I’m taking on a challenge to push myself to make a difference for cancer research. I’m participating in a cycling challenge outside in chilly Buffalo. And we know how cold this winter has been.
Winter in Buffalo is tough, but you know who is tougher? Cancer patients and those affected by cancer. So, I’m doing this for them. Too many people I have known, including my father and most recently Jonathan Snitzer, have died of cancer after courageous battles with the disease.
Funds raised through this event supports the expansion of cancer genetic services and research at Roswell Park.
