Hi everyone! I’m participating in ice cycle again this year in honor of my late husband Jon Snitzer & my Uncle Scott. I participated last year soon after Jon’s passing and the huge amount of support I received from not only my family & friends, but this community as a whole was so touching. I was very close to backing out because of how heavy the circumstances felt, but I am so glad I was there to feel the love from everyone involved. 

As I have come to find out, this disease has no clear road map or ”right” way to fight it. It’s a long road of uncertainty, but if you have strong, supportive people by your side it makes it a little more manageable. I am not only riding in honor of all the fighters I know, but also for all the family & friends that stay by their side through it all. 

Last year I was the top fundraiser of this event and this year I hope to make a big impact again! Any bit of support I can give to Roswell and all those fighting this terrible disease I want to do. Cancer fighters deserve endless support & I hope these funds can help uncover effective treatment methods & services for patients right here in Buffalo.
