For those of you that know me well you know that I spend a lot of time “spinning” in the gym. While on that bike I have dealt with many of the natural ups and downs of life. One of the biggest things that I handled in the spin room was the death of my mother. Lots of times the music took me to a place of joy (happy tears) and also a place of grief (sad tears). Both of these emotions were necessary in my journey. The spin room was a safe place to cry, to laugh, to feel both the physical strength that my mother handed down to me as well as the emotional strength that she showed me.
I am participating in 2 sessions of the IceCycle this year. Please donate to Roswell so they can do their work to help people live longer lives. To raise critically needed funds for Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.
