You never expect to hear the words “your child has cancer” but that became our reality for our 10 month old. Life as we knew it changed forever in a matter of hours. We were beyond scared and terrified what the future held for our son Jack. Than we met the incredible team at Roswell. They sat with us and discussed his diagnosis, chemotherapy, surgeries, his future and listened to all our concerns. No question ever went unanswered. They were so incredibly supportive during his 16 months of chemotherapy and helped us find the best surgeons for his case, even when it meant we had to go out of town. They were there every step of the way-when things didn’t go as planned (which happened over and over) they were there, always listening, problem solving, and discussing it over with us. Jacks team was always looking for the best research for his treatment which is why raising money for research is so important. Jack is in remission as of December 20, 2022 and this is all owed to the incredible team at Roswell Park! We ride together in honor of Jack but also all of those fighting cancer
