Cancer doesn’t care. It doesn’t care about age. It doesn’t care about your family or friends. It doesn’t care about what it takes from us — or who it leaves behind. That’s why I am participating in the 27 annual Ride for Roswell as a first time rider to support the future of cancer research and bringing an end to this devastating disease.
Ill be dedicating my ride to 2 people that have inspire me to advocate and give of myself to those fighting cancer. The first is my boss from Bristol Myers Squibb, John Fee, was recently diagnosed with Prostate cancer. John has dedicated his life to supporting, fighting, and advocating for cancer patients across the country for decades. His spirit and compassion are infectious and now its time to help return what he has given so many.
The second and most important is my Mother, Carol, who just recently lost her fight with NSCLC after an almost 2 year battle My mothers love, compassion and sacrifice is why I am still on this earth and able to have the life I do. She gave me her heart and expected that I use my life to share selflessly to make a difference for others.
Please help me raise critically needed funds to support the thousands of patients who turn to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center for hope each year. Your donation provides funding researchers need right now to investigate new treatment options that could save lives. For every dollar donated, Roswell Park can leverage an additional $13 in new grant funding!
Please consider donating today. Together, we can end cancer!
