Indigenous communities face some of the highest cancer burdens. You either know someone personally or know of someone that has been diagnosed with cancer. And that's why I'm participating in the 2023 Ride for Roswell. I'm riding in memory of my Grandma Debbie and in honor of others in my family and community who have fought the battle against cancer. 

All funds raised will go to the Center for Indigenous Cancer Research Fund at Roswell Park. Those funds will go back into the community for outreach, programming, student opportunities etc.
