Every year our team rides in memory of my friend Phil Stock, someone I respected, and looked up to, and loved, but, like you, no doubt, my life and heart are filled with too many people who have struggled and survived the ravages of cancer as well as those who tragically have succumbed. Cancer doesn’t care. It doesn’t care about age. It doesn’t care about your family or your friends. It doesn’t care about what it takes from us — or who it leaves behind.
But I care. I care about making a difference in the future of cancer research and bringing an end to this devastating disease. That’s why I am participating in the 2023 Ride for Roswell.
Please help me raise critically needed funds to support the thousands of patients who turn to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center for hope each year. Your donation provides funding researchers need right now to investigate new treatment options that could save lives. For every dollar donated, Roswell Park can leverage an additional $13 in new grant funding!
I am signed up this year to ride the 20 mile river ride from UB, on Saturday, June 24th, departing at 8:40 am.
Please consider donating, or, even more otterly awesome, take the leap and join our team today. Together, it is our fervent hope that we can one day end cancer!
