With two wheels, I’m going to change the world.

The Empire State Ride Long Island is more than a bike ride. On June 8, 2024, I am cycling 62 miles to raise funds for Catholic Health Cancer Institutes and Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center to end cancer. 

I am riding for Berta Munizaga, my cousin Juan's wife, who is fighting a battle with cancer.  I want to do more than just send good wish to her and others who are affected by cancer. This is my opportunity to make a difference and impact cancer research from the seat of my bike.  My 62 miles on a bike are nothing compared to the suffering and pain she has endured.  Together, we can fuel groundbreaking discoveries and bring an end to this terrible disease.
