Everyone knows of someone who has been impacted by this terrible disease. I initially began doing this in memory of my beautiful Mom, AIDA, as I still am. She lost her 9 month battle from Gall bladder Cancer in May of 2018. I never thought I'd be doing this bike ride again. But the grind & pain I felt for 7 days through the heat, the hills, rain & winds, was NOTHING compared to the pain, fear & uncertainty my mom dealt with. I am also riding for my dear Dad a survivor, my cousin, brother-in-law, and quite a few friends & family. This is my WHY...the REASON WHY I will ride again in July '22. Because I CAN.....Because Cancer SUCKS!
Your donation towards my ride directly benefit the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY. Total raised last year was over $1.6+ million for cancer research by 227 riders! I personally raised $5,426. Thank you to my generous donators. With your help, I can reach my goal again.
