This will be my second attempt to take part in the Empire State Ride. The 2020 Ride did not go as expected, but nonetheless was rewarding. In July, I will cycle over 500 miles across New York State to end cancer. My mission is to raise funds for cancer research at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, honor the memory of our loved ones lost, and celebrate survivors of cancer.
For me, this is personal. I lost both my Dad, John W. Cryer, Jr., “Jack”(1986) and my Brother, John W. Cryer, III, “Trey”(2018) to cancer. Both times, I was present as they passed. These are not the memories of them that I wish to keep. This is my opportunity to make a real difference and impact the state of cancer research from the seat of my bike. Together, we can fuel groundbreaking discoveries and bring an end to this terrible disease.
Please consider making a donation to my efforts today. No donation is too small, and every dollar adds up to something greater than what any one of us could ever accomplish alone. Join me in making a difference. I have the privilege to serve this important mission. Thank you.
