Funds raised through the Empire State Ride provide seed funding for new and innovative cancer research projects and studies at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. Historically, for every $1 that we invest in cancer research, Roswell Park scientists and researchers have turned it into $13 in additional funding from larger partners and national grants. This is only possible because of the early funding provided by events like the Empire State Ride. Think about this. Your donation may help scientists develop an innovative treatment that may improve the quality of life or survival of cancer patients. You can donate with confidence, knowing your donation can really make a difference.
My 2022 Empire State Ride is dedicated to the memory of my high school buddy Herb J. Cooley. Herb passed away November 16, 2021 in a losing battle with glioblastoma. Thankfully he beat the odds and lived longer than would be expected for someone with his diagnosis. Nonetheless he was taken far too young. Cancer robs retirees of their retirement... it takes loved ones from families... it creates a legacy of pain and suffering. Enough is enough!!! We have to fight back!!!
PLEASE GIVE GENEROUSLY TO MY RIDE!!
I am honored to be part of the Empire State Ride 2022.
Thank you all for your support.
