On August 7, 2021, Valerie’s Victorious Velocipedists will ride again in the 26th Ride for Roswell in Buffalo, NY.
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center played a big part in my sister Valerie’s life after she was diagnosed. She was full of hope until the end that a cure might be found to save her life. While she battled cancer under the excellent care of Roswell Park she and the rest of us on her team became champions of the work being done there. Those of us on Valerie’s team, along with thousands of other riders and supporters, continue her campaign to find a cure and to assist others in their battles with cancer.
Your contribution helps provide critically needed funds to help the more than 50,000 patients who turn to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center for hope each year.
My ride this year took place in two parts for a total of 20.5 miles, independent of the big event in Buffalo. Part one was Independence Day, for 9.5 miles. We completed the ride here in Virginia with 11.5 more miles on July 31.
Thank you for your support of my 2021 ride. It is not too late if you want to make a donation! Together, we can make a difference.
