Cancer doesn’t care. It doesn’t care about age. It doesn’t care about your family or friends. It doesn’t care about what it takes from us — or who it leaves behind.
Leslie Shuman Kramer, my beloved friend and Ride for Roswell mate, died at 60 this past February from cancer, and this year, I'm riding to honor her.
Leslie was full of life -- vibrant, vivacious, passionate, determined - she fought cancer with vigor and received extraordinary care at Roswell Park, and countless blood and platelet transfusions from Roswell's Donor Center, a place especially important to me.
Please help me honor Leslie's memory as I raise critically needed funds to support the thousands of patients like her who turn to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center for hope. Your donation provides funding that researchers need in order to investigate new treatment options that could save lives in our community and around the world.
Please consider making a donation today to help find cures. Together, we can make a difference.
