Cancer has touched many lives and, once again, spurred me into action. As I prepare to participate in the Ride for Roswell for the seventh time, I keep at the forefront of my mind the individuals and families whose lives have been affected by this disease. Through this ride, my motivation feeds the desire to ease the burdens of those currently fighting and to contribute to the search for a cure.
Since 2018, I have participated in this incredible event, pedaling with purpose alongside thousands of others who share my commitment to making a difference. This year, the route takes us through breathtaking scenery from the United States into Canada, including the iconic Niagara Falls. It's more than just a ride; it symbolizes solidarity and support for anyone whose lives have been affected by cancer.
The funds raised through the Ride for Roswell go directly to the Roswell Park Cancer Institute, a beacon of hope in the fight against cancer. Roswell Park has been at the forefront of research and treatment for over a century, offering compassionate care to patients and their families. By supporting their work, we are investing in the future of cancer treatment and prevention.
This year, I aim to raise $3,000 and qualify for the Peloton. Every dollar raised brings us one step closer to making a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer. Your support, whether through a donation or by spreading the word, is invaluable in this journey towards a cure.
Join me in the Ride for Roswell as we pedal towards a future free from the grip of cancer. Together, we can make a real impact and bring hope to those who need it most.
