Hey everyone! I will be participating in the Empire State Ride again this year. Some of you may remember this ride from a few years ago. I will be riding my bicycle across New York. We start at Wagner College, Staten Island and pedal 564 miles in 6 days to Niagara Falls. Each cyclist has a goal to raise $3,500 for cancer research.
This year has a whole new meaning for me. Although our family and friends have been touched by cancer in the past, this year it hits home even closer. This year I ride for my wife.
. Thank you!
Now time to train

Riding across New York State isn’t for the faint of heart. It takes courage and a commitment to something greater than oneself.
On the 10th anniversary of Empire State Ride, I’ve committed to cycling more than 500 miles from NYC to Niagara Falls for one reason: to end cancer. This is my opportunity to shape the future of cancer research and treatment while honoring everyone affected by cancer.
On this milestone year, we’ll be celebrating a decade of cancer breakthroughs as we ride toward a collective $10 million raised for innovative treatments and cutting-edge research.
Mile by mile, year by year, we're getting closer to finding cures. Will you help us hit our goal of raising $10 million in 10 years?
