Hello and welcome to my fundraising page, here's to year number 7.  I'm calling this the 62 is the new 45 Ride. The reason for that is...I will turn 62 in February and have registered for the 45 mile route, this will most definitely be a challenge for me. Never in a million years did I think I'd be doing this and staying committed for this long. But...committed is something I get from my Dad, and he was very competitive, he never backed down to a challenge, and neither will I. Unfortunately his challenges were not like riding a bike, he faced cancer challenges, he took his last breath fighting to win his battle. I guess that's what makes losing him so hard, he still had so much life and fight left in him. I ride to honor him, and to honor others that are fighting this battle or unfortunately have lost their battle, I won't let their fight be in vain. All of the money raised goes directly to Roswell Park, for clinical trials and patient care programs which will give others the will to fight and the hope to see another day. 

I'm told you can do anything you put your mind to, and I promise that I will be Ride ready on June 24th. I would love your support again this year, and from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
