My baby, Desmond, was diagnosed with ALL at the end of January 2019 and I will be riding to honor him for being such a superhero throughout his cancer journey. My superhero doesn't wear a cape, he BEAT leukemia. Desmond rang the bell at Roswell in April 2021! I am also riding in memory of all those that have left us from cancer, specifically my friend Paul Stockman. This will be my 5th year riding and I am increasing to a 20 mile route. We had such a blast last year for such a worthy cause; please consider riding with us by joining our team or making a donation. Desmond rode with us last year with the biggest smile on his face! We ride for him and for all the pediatric cancer patients!!!!
Cancer doesn’t care. It doesn’t care about age. It doesn’t care about your family or friends. It doesn’t care about what it takes from us — or who it leaves behind.
But I care. I care about making a difference in the future of cancer research and bringing an end to this devastating disease. That’s why I am participating in The Ride For Roswell on Saturday, June 25th!
Please help me raise critically needed funds to support the more than 50,000 patients who turn to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center for hope each year. Your donation provides funding that researchers need in order to investigate new treatment options that could save lives in our community and around the world. For every dollar donated, Roswell Park can leverage an additional $13 in new grant funding!
Please consider making a donation today to help find cures. Together, we can make a difference. #desmondstrong
