So.... here we are again. An unplanned detour on the road to recovery for both Evie AND my Father, Yet we persist, for hope, for smiles, for Chicken Filay, and for a cure. There is nothing quite like feeling of helplessness that a patient caregiver has, especially when it is you child. Roswell though, lifts all boats, providing supports for every step along treatment and recovery. Erin and I are so grateful for all of it.
Evie is doing well post-transplant, and we hope that she continues down that cancer free road to recovery. As for us, this years RFR will be a little different, I will be representing the clan, spandex and all! I am planning on doing the 20 mile easy street, but others want the 44 mile blister maker... I will leave it up to all of you donors... if we can get above $5000 I will do the BLISTER MAKER!
SO please DONATE! for Evie, for Papa and for the Hope of a Cure!
