On Saturday, June 24, 2023, I will be participating in my 7th Ride for Roswell event benefiting Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY. This year, I will be riding in the 30 mile river route with the goal of also RIDING IN THE PELOTON!! The Peloton is a police-escorted, 12-mile bicycle procession that travels 2 by 2 from Roswell Park to the University at Buffalo's North Campus on the evening before The Ride. The Peloton ride serves as the connection from Roswell Park campus to UB and it carries the torch to officially kick off the Celebration of Hope and the Ride for Roswell. To qualify to ride in the Peloton, a rider must fundraise $2,500… challenge accepted. Let’s do this!!
The Ride for Roswell is a charity bike ride that brings people together to celebrate survivors, pay tribute to those we’ve lost and share in the passion that connects us all: finding a cure for cancer. Today, Roswell Park is one of the leading cancer facilities in the country!
You can make a difference by supporting me in The Ride for Roswell. The funds raised from the Ride for Roswell go directly to the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation, the 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that manages all donations to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. These funds help support the cutting-edge cancer research and full range of patient-care programs that give hope to thousands of patients treated at Roswell Park each year.
On average, every dollar donated to Roswell Park leads to an additional $13 in new grant funding!!
Please consider supporting my ride and making a donation to The Ride for Roswell. Together, we can help to find a cure for cancer.
