I am riding in memory of my first cycling mentor, Glenn Hansen.  With his guidance and mentorship, I learned how to race my bike, ride in a large group, and got introduced to the wonderful community of bike racers in Western New York.  14 years after his passing, I am now a two-time New York State Champion and have a leadership role in the Buffalo Bicycling Club.  I hope to continue his legacy of representing Western New York in racing around the Northeast.
