This year I will once again be participating in the Ride for Roswell. I'm doing this in honor of all my family and friends who have been affected by this disease especially my longtime friend, Diane, who’s fighting the battle a second time. Recently I flew to Denver to say goodbye to her, one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done You can donate directly online (https://rideforroswell.org.) Type in Pat Burkard and my name will appear below the blue bar.  I’m part of Al’s Heroes’  which has raised over $125,000 in the last 10 years. You could also send me a check made out to Ride for Roswell and I’ll submit it. All donations are tax deductible. Anything you can do for this cause is deeply appreciated. Thankfully I’m now a 20 year survivor.
