I am looking forward to participating in the Ride for Roswell again this year.
My mother participated in the Ride for Roswell when the ride first began. She loves riding her bike and wanted to support the work Roswell does to make a difference in the lives of patients. My father donated blood platelets for many years, and then when he was diagnosed with cancer, Roswell was there to help.
When I decided to participate in the Ride for Roswell in 2014, my father quickly signed up and we rode together. My second year on the ride, my brother joined us, By 2016, so many family members decided to ride that we formed a team, complete with our own team shirts.
Participating in the Ride for Roswell has become a family tradition. After several years riding remotely, I'm looking forward to traveling to Buffalo again this year and riding with family.
