As you may know I lost my Aunt Darlene Sawyer to Cancer many years back, 2008 right on Christmas. =( Very sad day for all. I was introduced to the Ride for Roswell through work and immeadiately thought of my Auntie and thought what a great tribute to do the ride in "memorie" of her and have done it every year since then. I can only hope she is very proud of me, which Im sure she is. Also Im sure shes proud of the growth in my team especially with the family members. I have nothing but love for my team mates and their courage and determination on joining me for this awesome and rewarding adventure. Keep up the great work. Now on to the preprinted stuff ;)
With one in two men and one in three women in America being diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, most of us know someone who has been affected by this devastating disease. You can make a difference by supporting me in The Ride For Roswell. Funds raised through The Ride support cutting-edge research and compassionate, innovative patient care programs at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Please consider making a donation today. Together, we can help find cancer cures and save lives.
