I need your help again. I will ride 20 miles from UB in the 28th Anniversary Ride For Roswell on Saturday, June 24, 2023. This is an annual celebration of community support for Roswell Park Cancer Institute to understand, prevent and cure cancer. I would love to complete my fundraising by the Spring as it warms and I can then increase my training.
I am riding in memory of my mother, Pauline Schwartz and Susan's parents Judy and Larry Goldberg. I am also riding in honor of my sister Ruth Rosen. Susan and I will be riding together with Rob Goldberg who continues to be our riding buddy and cheerleader.
The Ride For Roswell supports cutting-edge research and patient care programs that benefit over 31,000 patients annually. Donations improve the patient and family experience, support new clinical treatments and procedures, provide proper clinical space to meet the increasing demand for cancer services, and educate the next generation of cancer scientists and clinicians.
For each dollar donated, Roswell Park Cancer Institute is able to leverage an additional thirteen dollars in new research grant funding!
I need your help to meet my fundraising goal of $1500 and greatly appreciate any donation you can make. It's easy to make a donation to my fundraising efforts -- just click the GREEN/ORANGE link DONATE NOW in the upper right to safely and easily donate online. Let me know whom I can honor or remember for you. I will gladly carry their names or any personal message on my Ride.
Thanks again for your generosity.
Love
Steve
