This will be my 4th year riding in the Empire State Ride. NYC to Niagara Falls. Amazing, dedicated riders and staff who have all decided to take a week of THEIR VACATION time to raise money for cancer research. Every dollar that is raised NOW equates to $23 dollars in grant money generated for the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo.

Please consider donating to my/our ride this year. No donation is too small to receive a card for your loved ones. Be sure to follow my journey on facebook during the ride in July, as I will continue to post videos and photos throughout it. t​

As in the past, I will be creating index cards to carry with me in my jersey for inspiration. If there is someone you would like me to ride for, please include their name or names with your donation and THEY will ride with ME on this journey.  

I ride for those who beat cancer, for those who are fighting today, & for those whose fight has ended. I will ride in memory of my father Dick (Pop), who passed from pancreatic cancer in 2007, and in memory of my mother Terry (Grammie), who was a breast cancer survivor. I will ride for your loved ones too.
