We are thrilled to announce that this year marks the inaugural participation of Kevin Guest House and Team Kevin in the Ride for Roswell! As co-captain, alongside KGH’s Executive Director Lynsey Weaver, I am excited to lead our team in this inspiring event that supports cancer research and patient-care programs at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. 

Our ambitious goal is to recruit 20 enthusiastic riders to raise an impressive $20,000 and spread the word about our mission. Your support will fund vital cancer research, and our partnership with Roswell Park, enhanced by their quality-of-life grants, will help Kevin Guest House continue to provide a "home away from home" for patients and their families. While this goal might sound daunting, a team member could be a family of four, where each person raises $250 (or 10 donations of $25 each). Your enthusiasm and participation will be key to our inaugural year's success! 

Like Tanya and Shayleigh, who are pictured above, who recently stayed with us after Shayleigh, at 24, suffered a stroke & diagnosed with leukemia. Tanya shared her gratitude, saying: 

"The Kevin Guest House has been a godsend over the past 8 months. It has become my second home…. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I can never repay you for all that you have done for me. 'Home is not a place, it's a feeling.'"

What is more, for every dollar donated to cancer research, Roswell Park is now able to leverage an additional $23 from external grants towards that research. 

Together – we can continue to keep families together during medical crises away from home & support critical research in hopes of better treatments for our guests.
