Hello Friends,
I told Erin’s story, and appreciate you all for sending her and I love.
As the Mom in this situation I have a little more to say.
When life presents you with a challenge, you have no choice but to hit it head on. Erin is brave, and strong, and knows what she needs to do to beat this.
I am just here to listen and support in anyway I can.
I am ever so grateful for Roswell and the incredible people who make it the institution it is. We are learning through honest and educational conversations. We haven’t met anyone who hasn’t been kind and caring. EVERYONE is so positive, empathetic, and kind.
Passionate to help, make the patient the priority, and above all do the research to eliminate this horrible disease.
Please donate to my Ride for Roswell fundraiser. For every dollar donated to cancer research, Roswell Park is now able to leverage an additional $23 from external grants towards that research.
I ride in honor of my girl, Erin O’Connell.
Together- we can end cancer!
