My daughter, Elicia, lost her thyroid to cancer and still has a cancerous lymph node in her neck.
I have lost too many people to cancer. We all have. We need to fight back hard and win this battle now. We need to fight harder and be more determined than ever, because we are at a point in time when it seems there is a REAL HOPE of putting an end to this disease.
That is why Is why I am participating in the Ride for Roswell again this year. My goal this year is to raise $3500. I know this is very ambitious, but I do not have to do this alone. Together we can crush it!
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is doing great work on the cutting edge of cancer research and developing new and better treatments. Please help me raise critically needed funds to support the more than 50,000 patients who turn to RPCCC for hope each year. Your donation provides funding that researchers need in order to investigate new treatment options that could save lives in our community and around the world. For every dollar donated, Roswell Park can leverage an additional $13 in new grant funding!
