I ride for my brother, Eric J. Roloff.
I could tell you Eric's tragic story but they all end the same way: he passed away. So I'm going to tell you a bit about Eric during his short time on this earth.
Eric spent his time on this earth immersing himself into what it meant to be healthy. His greatest passion was helping and educating others on how to become the healthiest versions of themselves too. In his 20's, he started his own personal training company in Las Vegas and was living his own dream before it was cut short by cancer. Eric was only 31 when he passed.
But Eric was resilent. Even though his body no longer worked as it used to, his mind did. Two years after being diagonsed, he decided to go to law school, and he did. Unfotunately, that too was cut short by cancer.
I'm sure that you have a similar story of someone you love. Ironically, unlike most other things or beings, cancer doesn't discriminate. Cancer affects everyone. Eric was the picture of health and yet, he too, was not exempt.
So I ride in hopes that with the money we raise, we will find cures to help combat some portion of this awful disease. I ride in hopes that even one family will be able to keep their Eric.
Please consider making a donation today to help me reach (and exceed) my fundraising goal! Together, we can help find cancer cures and save lives.
